Hey everyone! I got some good news and some bad news…
There’s this family at our church. The husband/dad, who is not much older than mine, had cancer. Unfortunately, he passed away not that long ago, leaving his wife and three kids, all under the age of 7.
Time for the good news: My youth group is putting on a talent show (like they do every year), but this year, they’re going to raise money for the family.
I want to be a part of it, and I’m sure you all do, too. So, along with my mom, I am going to run a 5k around our neighborhood to help raise money. Please donate! I don’t have a goal at all; I just want however much money I can get for the family.
