Whazzup, friends? I haven’t posted for a while (sorry I’ve been very busy) so I figured I should post. But about what? Well, what if we talk about the seasons? (Yes, like, winter, spring, summer, fall.)
Later I’ll have you comment your favorite season and why, and your least favorite season and why. But first:
My favorite and least favorite? My least favorite is spring. Usually, the snow is melting and you can’t play in it cause it’s basically all water. And it’s not pretty outside. The flowers don’t even really start blooming till the end of spring.
My favorite season: Any season besides spring. Mainly fall, though. I love all the colorful leaves. I love heading outside in pants and a sweatshirt, no jacket, and having the warm sun beam down. Although I don’t really play sports in fall (which is sad), I can still shoot hoops outside and practice.
I like summer cause that’s when we take our vacations (camping with grandpa, Missouri, the Dells…) and, also, softball is in summer. And, ya know, my birthday is technically in summer. It’s in really early summer. There are other reasons, but those are the main ones.
I like winter cause, one, it’s basketball season! Two, Christmas and new year and siblings’ birthdays. Three, SNOW!
One last reason why I like every season but spring: My youth group goes somewhere on a retreat every season BUT spring.
Now, comment your favorite and least favorite seasons and why. Also comment if you have any fun vacations or plans coming up!
My least favorite season is also spring cus well same as you.
And my favorite is well I’m not sure I like summer cus there is no school and it’s warm
But I like fall and winter cus of leaves snow and youth group . Can’t pick
Also I LOVE your post
My favorite seasons are, number one, summer and a second up would be late spring or early fall. Why? Because I LOVE HEAT and I love being out in the SUNSHINE. In Wisconsin you’re not likely to have too much sun in the winter so that is definitely out. I do also love the beauty of late spring flowers and early fall leaves (before they all fall to the ground). So a summary of my preference would be sunshine and the beauty and color that surrounds it.
Each season has its pluses and minuses. Spring brings the picture and promise of resurrection (new life!). Summer points our attention to the sun (Son) whose presence enlightens the world. Fall, with it’s vibrant colors, is a testimony to God’s incredible diversity in creation. And winter’s white snowy landscape reminds us that “though our sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as… snow”!!
So, live and enjoy the “now” of each and every moment, day, month, year… every season of life is overflowing with God’s presence and possibilities. (Now aren’t you happy you asked?!)
Thank you great post. So I have kind of a funny story…here it is…So my name is actually summer,I was born in Summer, and my favorite season is Summer. You are probably thinking well of course your favorite season is Summer cus all those reasons…no, it is because unlike winter it is nice, hot, and you can actually have ice cream, popsicle,or any other cold stuff like that with out freezing to death. Well that is my story thanks for listening!
