I’m not one of those people that loves to bake or cook. But I am one of those people that loves to EAT. And the only way I can eat lunch is make it myself – so I wanted to share some of the stuff I make with you all! (And you DO NOT have to just have it for lunch – anytime works!)

If you know me very well, you know that I love cold things – ice cream, popsicles, lemonade, etc. – even in winter.

So today, I wanna share a shake recipe with y’all – an orange juice shake recipe – so if you don’t like orange juice, don’t bother to make it (but it does look mouth-watering, don’t it?).

Things you’ll need:

A blender and stuff

Orange juice

Frozen fruit

Some type of protein powder (optional, but my mom makes me put it in so…your choice!)

A cup (or two. I need three since my siblings love this shake! Sharing is caring!)

So once you got your blender all set up, pour in your frozen fruit (it’ll be an experiment on how much you’ll need).

Next, let it rain orange juice! (I always pour in just enough orange juice that it covers the frozen fruit – not entirely, but you’ll learn how much you will need.)

Now is when I put a scoop or two of protein powder in.

Make sure you have the cover on, but then, blend away!

Once it’s how you like (I like mine a little on the thick side, but some may like it a little more liquid-y), pour into cups, and make sure you rinse the blender and lid so the person who uses it next doesn’t get a little leftover shake, but then, the final and best step:

Sip away and enjoy!

(Let me know in the comments if you made this shake, or are planning on it, and let me know what you think! This recipe may not be for everyone, so no pressure if you don’t like it!)

Here’s the ingredients I use

Sounds yummy, but I’m too lazy to make it for myself…so I’ll let you make enough for me. Thank you ‼️
